Plug-inSee shared glucose and trends in Home Assistant
This LibreLink fork adds glucose, recent changes and time-in-range entities to Home Assistant, a home automation hub. It polls your LibreLinkUp account and works out some trends itself from the readings.
Add it through HACS, choose the shared account and set the sensor lifetime yourself: 14 days for Libre 2 and 3, 15 days for the Plus sensors. Its trend and expiry figures are estimates.
It isn't a medical device. Cloud readings can lag or fail, so keep the official app and its alerts running.
