Plug-inBring shared glucose readings into Home Assistant
This integration reads a LibreLinkUp follower account and creates sensors in Home Assistant, a home automation hub, for glucose, trend and reading age. It can feed your own dashboard or a light that changes with the displayed range.
It needs Home Assistant 2026.2 or newer and a separate follower account that a Libre user shares with. Readings come through Abbott's cloud, the password is stored unencrypted in Home Assistant, and old values show as unavailable.
It isn't a medical device and isn't affiliated with Abbott. Readings can lag or fail, so keep the official app and its alerts running.
