Plug-inSend Juggluco readings straight to Home Assistant
Glucose NG receives Nightscout-compatible uploads inside Home Assistant, a home automation hub, and creates glucose, change and rate sensors. The author uses it with Libre 2 and Juggluco, so that route needs no separate Nightscout server.
When your phone is away from home, it needs an authenticated HTTPS address. Alerts have no frequency limit, and old readings need a separate freshness check.
It isn't a medical device. The author is not a professional developer and tested it with a Libre 2 only; readings can lag or fail, so keep your sensor's own app and alerts running.
