Homebridge Apple TV Enhanced
Plug-inTrigger HomeKit automations from Apple TV playback
Homebridge, a server that connects devices to Apple Home, can expose Apple TV playback and power changes to home automations. This plug-in also makes installed apps selectable as inputs and exposes remote commands through HomeKit.
Run it on a supported 64-bit Linux Homebridge host and pair each Apple TV on the local network. It needs tvOS 15 or later, and controls still depend on the app, audio hardware and private-protocol compatibility.
- Control it from Home Assistant or my computer
- Playback-state and media-type automation sensors
