Heracles Records
AppSync COROS plan drafts between your computers
Heracles Records reads activities and plans through private Training Hub APIs, with official MCP for health. It adds Google Drive sync for plan drafts and coaching conversations.
Install the desktop app and authenticate separately on each computer. Drive excludes activity files and credentials, and its files use obfuscation without encryption.
- Automate workout exports
- Use your readings in your own dashboards
- Move workout plans between your own tools
- Cross-computer plan and conversation sync
