COROS MCP
MCP serverAsk an AI about your training and sleep
COROS MCP lets an AI assistant read activities, sleep and training measurements through private COROS APIs. It can retain a local SQLite archive.
Install Python and an MCP-compatible assistant, which connects AI to external tools. Detailed sleep login signs the phone app out; select read-only mode to hide workout-write tools.
- Use your readings in your own dashboards
- Automate workout exports
- Move workout plans between your own tools
- Read-only toolset
