Running Coach
DashboardKeep training history and analyze it on your computer
Running Coach archives COROS activities, FIT files and available health readings through official MCP authorization. Its local dashboard compares sessions with your plan, and it can send reviewed plan edits back to COROS.
Run Python and authorize your own account. Replace the bundled athlete profile defaults before using its calculations. An optional private-API fallback reads running activities and FIT files only. The source is public, but no reuse license is provided.
- Automate workout exports
- Use your readings in your own dashboards
- Move workout plans between your own tools
- Local MCP interface
