Hearth
AppReplace the LG home screen with apps, a clock and photos
Hearth is a webOS launcher with a clock, optional weather, app shortcuts, TV inputs and personal wallpapers. Rooted TVs can open it at startup and redirect the Home button to it.
Install the IPK through Homebrew Channel or webOS Dev Manager. Full features require root; the non-root route and webOS 3 build are experimental, while the author’s reference TV runs webOS 7.6.0.
- Remove ads from the home screen
- Install apps from outside the store
- Personal-photo slideshows
- App and input shortcuts
- Optional clock and weather
