HealthWorkoutExport
AppExport workouts as JSON or FIT and sync to Strava
HealthWorkoutExport reads workout summaries, routes and time-series measurements from Apple Health. It exports JSON or FIT files and can merge missing fields from other activity sources before sending a workout to Strava.
Build the Swift iPhone app and authorize the Health data you want to use. Strava's API path needs your own developer application and OAuth setup; the author says the HealthKit and account flows still need real-device checks.
