Plug-inTurn local appliance registers into home automations
This plugin for Home Assistant, a home automation server, turns readings from a GE serial-to-MQTT adapter into sensors and controls. It communicates through your own message broker without signing in to SmartHQ.
You need a working adapter and MQTT connection before installing the plugin. Automatic entity creation depends on API feature manifests reported by the appliance; older GEA2 appliances can appear as devices without usable entities.
