Galaxy Fit Health AI Agent
Self-hostedSend Fit3 readings to an AI check-in on Telegram
This script runs in Google Apps Script, Google's hosted scripting service, and receives Fit3 data through Samsung Health, Health Connect and Life Dashboard Companion, an Android forwarding app. It summarizes available steps, heart rate, sleep, SpO2 and exercise, requests an OpenAI check-in and sends it to Telegram.
Deploy your own script with a webhook secret, API key and bot. OpenAI usage may cost money; selected health data goes to Google, OpenAI and Telegram.
- Share more readings with other apps
- Telegram summaries from selected readings
- Rule-based fallback if the AI request fails
- Optional Discord output through a separate bridge
