Samsung Health Extractor produces CSV or Parquet tables and aligns them with existing glucose timelines. It combines general/workout heart rate, steps, sleep and exercise on a configurable grid.
Install with Python and uv, and supply complete exports. Add a separate timestamped glucose file when you want alignment.
