MCP serverAsk an AI about your exported Ring readings
Samsung Health MCP lets a compatible AI app read Samsung Health CSV or ZIP exports on your computer. Its Galaxy Ring use is limited to exported steps, heart rate, sleep sessions and stages, and blood-oxygen rows that the parser recognizes; it does not connect to the Ring or Samsung's cloud.
Export your data in Samsung Health, copy it to the computer, and build the current repository with Node.js 20 or later. An open issue reports that npm version 0.7.4 indexes no records from current exports, so use the source revision containing the parser corrections and check its inventory before asking for a summary.
