AppProject phone apps without Google Play Services
Flywheel is an experimental replacement for the phone side of Android Auto, intended for phones without Google services. It embeds apps from the phone and sends their picture, audio and input through a local projection connection.
Embedding apps requires Shizuku, a helper for Android system privileges, or root. The ordinary self-signed certificate route is documented for AAWireless TWO with passthrough disabled and for a Nissan PN-4300 stereo tested outside a car; other factory receiver reports depend on imported Google credentials.
USB and an experimental wireless path are implemented, with additional phone and receiver requirements for wireless. Treat app embedding as a parked-use feature: an automatic parked interlock was not established by the checked code.
