AppPut steps and recent heart rate in the Mac menu bar
FitDock reads Fit3 steps, distance, calories and heart rate from Health Connect after Samsung Health syncs. Its Android app sends local-network snapshots to a Mac menu-bar app with a daily heart-rate chart.
Build both apps and leave the receiver open on the same network. Heart rate can lag 30–60 minutes, and Android needs unrestricted battery settings for background transfers.
