EV Trip Dashboard
DashboardBrowse your trips, charging and costs at home
EV Trip Dashboard adds trip lists, charging history, calendars and charts to Home Assistant, a home automation server you run. It displays records from EV Trip Logger, with optional vehicle-status tiles supplied by your existing BYD integration.
Install the logger first, then add the dashboard and its community frontend cards. Replace the example entity names with your own, and expect incomplete optional tiles when the upstream integration lacks their readings. Gaps in BYD cloud data remain gaps or estimates in the dashboard.
The dashboard adds no subscription, but fresh BYD readings still depend on the upstream connected service. Its battery-health charts repeat the logger's estimates, including a 100% value before calibration that is not a measurement.
