DashboardExplore exported readings on your own web dashboard
Health Dashboard imports Apple Health export files into a database you run and displays sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen and activity charts in a browser. Its source handles RingConn-origin records, but the project does not identify which ring generations produced them.
You need an iPhone whose Apple Health store already contains your RingConn readings, plus a computer or server running Docker and PostgreSQL. Importing a file gives you that snapshot of history; new readings require another export or the optional iPhone sync companion, which reads Apple Health rather than the ring.
