OpenCircuit
AppRead your ring locally and sync it to Apple Health
OpenCircuit reads RingConn Gen 2, Gen 2 Air and Gen 3 directly over Bluetooth, keeps readings on your iPhone and sends supported measurements to Apple Health. It also exports CSV or JSON and calculates its own sleep and activity estimates. Install the TestFlight beta or build and sign it in Xcode.
Most verified setups need no RingConn account, but one Gen 3 firmware version needed an update through the official app. Syncing consumes shared ring history, and background delivery can miss readings. The current source has a noncommercial license; sleep stages and activity scores are estimates.
