CUPS
AppPrint to HP printers with no HP app
CUPS is the open-source print system on Linux that OpenPrinting maintains. For AirPrint and IPP Everywhere printers it adds a queue with the built-in everywhere driver, such as lpadmin -m everywhere, so no HP driver, app or account is involved.
It prints only to printers that speak AirPrint or IPP Everywhere. Other models need a vendor driver such as HPLIP.
- Print and scan without HP Smart or an account
- Print queues and sharing across a network
