DashboardKeep a car dashboard and history on your computer
EV-Cockpit shows battery charge, range, trips, charging history and supported remote controls in a browser on your own computer. It reads the private BYD app API or an existing Home Assistant installation, a home automation server. Local history and credentials are stored on your computer.
A Windows package includes Python, while macOS and Linux use the supplied start script. The author has tested one Dolphin Surf, and the native cloud configuration uses Europe's BYD endpoint. Optional maps and the community route planner contact external services; remote controls use BYD's cloud.
