AAMediaMate
AppControl more phone music apps from Android Auto
AAMediaMate reads the active music app’s Android media session and notifications, then exposes its track information and playback controls to Android Auto. It can bridge a player that does not provide its own Android Auto interface.
Install from Google Play or the APK and grant notification access. APK installs also need Android Auto’s Unknown sources setting. Some players are not detected, and optional lyric lookups send track information to the configured lyric provider.
- Use apps missing from the car screen
- Playback controls for another media app
- Optional cached and synchronized lyrics
