Zyft Launcher
AppArrange and back up a lightweight TV home
Provides favorites, hidden apps, sorting, configurable backgrounds and a startup-app option without an internet permission. Settings can be backed up through ADB and restored to another device; brand-specific debloat profiles are optional.
Used daily on TCL 32ES568 with Android TV 9, with additional Android 12 emulator checks. Other Android TV 7-or-newer devices remain untested, and Fire TV is unsupported. Sideload its signed release or build it, and keep the installer’s per-TV change log for restoration.
- Remove the sponsored rows
- Make the home screen simpler and faster
- Portable settings backup and restore
- Optional app launch once per boot
