Connect supported Zigbee devices without their maker hub
Zigbee2MQTT connects supported lights, sensors, switches and other devices to your own Zigbee coordinator. It exposes their documented features over MQTT, a local messaging protocol used by home automation systems. Exact model identifiers matter: support and available controls differ by device.
You need a supported coordinator, an MQTT broker and an always-on host. Devices must leave their existing Zigbee network to join this one. Maker-hub features can be lost; for example, paired Hue lights no longer use the Hue Bridge’s entertainment features.

Philips Hue
Hue lights without Bluetooth, Hue lights with Bluetooth, and Hue gradient lights (partly)
Also works with Xiaomi, Yale, Schlage, and Belkin
