Self-hostedKeep scale measurements in a local SQLite database
Withings2MQTT currently provides a local admin page for linking accounts and manually copying scale readings from the official Withings API into SQLite. It stores normalized weight and available body-composition values and can resync earlier measurements.
Run the supplied Docker Compose setup and provide your own Withings developer credentials and token-encryption key. MQTT publishing, watch data, sleep data and background synchronization are still planned, so the current tool is a manual scale archive. On Start for Free API apps, accounts created from October 13, 2026 need Withings+; earlier accounts remain exempt.
