Command lineCopy Withings measurements into Garmin
withings-sync copies your Withings measurements into Garmin Connect. It can also save raw JSON or send supported records to TrainerRoad. It reads Withings' official API and uploads generated FIT files through Garmin's private account API.
You need both accounts and Python or Docker. The first sign-in is interactive for MFA, before you schedule unattended runs. Token expiry or a changed login can mean signing in again.
