Plug-inRead Body Smart weigh-ins over Bluetooth
Withings Local brings Body Smart measurements into Home Assistant, software for running home dashboards and automations. It reads stored weigh-ins directly over Bluetooth and creates separate sensors for each scale user.
You need Home Assistant 2026.10 or newer, a nearby Bluetooth adapter, and a one-time pairing. Setup uses your Withings account to fetch the scale's key; the scale must be in Bluetooth mode, and the official phone app can collect and delete readings before Home Assistant sees them.
