Withings Export CLI downloads core measurements and daily activity from the official Withings API. It writes date-filtered CSV, JSON or Markdown files that you can keep or use in other tools.
Install a release binary and register your own Withings developer application. Its sleep command requests Advanced Biomarkers fields that the free API plan can reject, even when you only want ordinary sleep duration.
Accounts created from October 13, 2026 need Withings+ when sharing through a Start for Free API app; older accounts remain exempt. Advanced developer access is a separate plan.
