Withings MCP with Local Cache

Let an AI client query a local health-data cache

This MCP server lets an AI client read daily activity and workouts through a local SQLite cache. It synchronizes those records from the official Withings API and can calculate period averages and trends.

Install Python 3.13 or newer and authorize your own developer application. The package is marked alpha, and its body and sleep requests include paid API fields; those domains can fail on the free API plan while independent activity and workout syncs remain available.

Accounts created from October 13, 2026 need Withings+ when sharing through a Start for Free API app; older accounts remain exempt. Advanced developer access is a separate plan.
