WinPods
AppEqualize AirPods audio through a second Windows output
WinPods shows AirPods battery and wear status from Bluetooth broadcasts and can pause playback when an earbud comes out. Its three-band equalizer processes Windows audio on the PC and sends the result to the AirPods without installing a custom driver.
The equalizer needs another active audio output, such as the PC speakers, which it makes the default, captures through WASAPI loopback and mutes during routing. The project is work in progress; its separate telephony toggle disables the AirPods microphone to preserve stereo playback.
