DashboardA daily copy in your own database, with charts
Whoops copies your WHOOP sleep, recovery and workouts into a Postgres or MySQL database you host, every day. It comes with a Grafana dashboard to chart them. It signs in through WHOOP's official API.
You need a WHOOP developer app and an active WHOOP membership for new data to come in. It runs in Docker, so you host it yourself.
