Command lineTake your WHOOP history with you to Garmin
Whoop2Garmin downloads your WHOOP history through the official API and turns it into Garmin FIT files you can upload to Garmin Connect, keeping a raw copy of everything too. Workouts come across as normal Garmin activities.
Sleep, recovery and other wellness files are experimental, and Garmin may not accept them. You need Python 3.13, a WHOOP developer app and an active membership.
