Vellum
Command lineInstall community apps and add-ons on the tablet
Vellum is a community app installer: it puts apps, launchers and add-ons directly on the tablet and checks each one against your model and software version. Toltec, the older community app store, now points owners on current software to it.
Setup uses SSH (a way to run commands on the tablet from a computer); Paper Pro and Move need Developer Mode, which erases the tablet when first turned on.
Each package supports its own range of software versions, so Vellum doesn't make every app work on every tablet.
- Run extra apps on the tablet
- Add planners, templates and interface tweaks
- Read web articles, books and comics on it
- Firmware checks before installing
- Package removal
