TeslaCamPlayer indexes your own TeslaCam folders and serves synchronized playback, recorded telemetry and video exports in a browser. It can decrypt encrypted recordings by fetching keys from the private API behind Tesla's dashcam website, while the video stays on your server.
Run its Docker image or a portable desktop build, and provide your own Tesla dashcam credential only if you need decryption. No Premium Connectivity plan is required, but the private endpoint can change and encrypted event descriptions and thumbnails cannot be recovered off the car.
