MCP serverCreate structured watch workouts through an AI app
Suunto Workout MCP turns structured workout requests into SuuntoPlus Guide packages. Its private-API backend can list, create, update and delete guides using the session from suuntool, a terminal tool that signs in like the Suunto app.
You need Node.js 24, pnpm, suuntool and a guide-capable watch. Start with the local file backend and preview tool; cloud writes appear only when you choose the private backend and explicitly enable write tools.
