Command lineExport workouts and wellness data from a terminal
suuntool signs in to the private API used by the Suunto app and exports workouts as FIT, SML or JSON files. It also reads sleep, recovery and daily activity when your watch has synced those readings, and includes an MCP server that defaults to read-only access for AI applications.
You need a Suunto account and regular syncing through the official app or SuuntoLink to get new data. The author calls the tool experimental; macOS and Linux have downloadable binaries, while Windows users currently build it from source.
