Back up Suunto T6d logs on Linux

suunto-t6-sync reads training logs from a Suunto T6d through its USB serial cable and writes Training Manager-style XML, JSON and optional beat intervals. It does not need Windows or Suunto Training Manager and does not delete logs or change watch settings.

The author tested two T6d units; other T6 models remain unverified. Heart-rate samples approximate Training Manager output, and Firstbeat-derived metrics such as EPOC and training effect are absent.
