DashboardKeep workout and recovery charts on your computer
Suunto Analytics uses suuntool, a terminal tool for the private Suunto app API, to copy workout and wellness data into SQLite. A local dashboard shows activity detail, training load, sleep and recovery, and its MCP server makes the stored data available to an AI application.
You need Python 3.12, uv and a separately installed, signed-in copy of suuntool. The author uses a Suunto Race and tests on macOS; Linux is described as likely to work, and map tiles still need an internet connection.
