StrapLog CLI
Command lineRead recorded H10 sessions from your terminal
StrapLog CLI lists and extracts RR values, events and metadata from StrapLog's SQLite exports. Its accompanying Python modules calculate HRV from those recorded intervals.
Install the package with Python 3.11 or newer and copy your exported recordings to the computer. The default location is the Mac iCloud folder; other locations must be supplied explicitly.
