AppKeep morning HRV checks and breathing sessions locally
Still Point reads heart rate and beat intervals from a Bluetooth chest strap. It keeps morning HRV readings, standing tests, breathing sessions and trends in the browser or its Android app.
Install the Android APK, or use Chrome or Edge on a supported computer. Linux needs a browser flag. Sensors that send only heart rate can't start an HRV reading. Its scores are wellness estimates, not clinical measurements.
