Polar H10 Monitor
AppView H10 waveforms and export local research sessions
Polar H10 Monitor reads ECG, acceleration, heart rate and RR over Bluetooth in a Chinese desktop interface. It exports NumPy/CSV files and calculated HRV summaries.
Use Python 3.10 or newer and one H10. Sessions save on stopping, names can overwrite earlier sessions, and lost connections require a manual restart.
