PolarLab
AppRecord H10 ECG on iPhone and review it on Mac
PolarLab records H10 ECG, beats and motion over Bluetooth and keeps the packets and CSV files locally. Its Mac app replays sessions, calculates HRV and inspects traces from the iPhone recorder.
Use macOS 13 with Python 3.13, and sign or sideload the iOS 17 app. The interface is in Italian. Its event flags and training estimates are experimental and aren't diagnoses.
