FirmwareJailbreak a newer Kindle without an Amazon account
SpiderCat jailbreaks a Kindle from a book file you copy onto it, so it can run homebrew apps like KOReader. The Kindle doesn't need to be registered to Amazon.
It covers firmware 5.16.3 through 5.19.5 on recent Paperwhite, Kindle, Oasis, Scribe and Colorsoft models; firmware 5.19.6 closes the gap it uses. The repository has no license file.
- Use it without an Amazon account
- Read books from any store
