Self-hostedRun your own Pod 2 temperature program
SleepController runs its own temperature program for a Pod 2 and records control decisions in a local database. It reads the Pod through Eight Sleep's private cloud API, provides a browser dashboard, and exports recorded nightly summaries as CSV or Parquet.
You need an always-on Windows or Linux computer and an Eight Sleep account. Autopilot is required for the Pod's sleep and biometric feed; without it, the controller can use a separate Polar sensor or phone movement feed. The README asks Pod 2 owners to check their unit's capabilities first, and local device access remains unimplemented. The source is public, but the project does not provide a reuse license.
