SimpleDeckyTDP
Plug-inPer-game power limits on your Steam Deck
SimpleDeckyTDP is a plugin for Decky Loader, a plugin launcher for Game Mode that sets TDP (the processor power limit) per game, with separate profiles for when the Deck is plugged in. It also exposes CPU governor, GPU and SMT controls and boost control where the kernel supports it.
The README says it is for AMD processors, with experimental Intel support, and lists SteamOS as tested. On the Steam Deck it needs no ryzenadj install for TDP control.
- Get longer battery life and steadier performance
- Separate power profiles on AC
- Desktop app for non-Game-Mode use
