Samsung Health CLI Parser converts exercise CSV and companion JSON into workout JSON. YAML selects activities, fields and intervals for heart rate, speed, cadence and location.
You need Node.js, dependencies and the complete export folder. It has no live sync or fitness-service upload, and downsampling reduces retained detail.
