scrcpy
AppMirror and control your Android screen on a computer
scrcpy displays an Android device's screen on a computer and lets you control it with a keyboard and mouse over USB or a network connection. It can record the screen, and audio forwarding is available on supported Android versions. It needs no root and installs no permanent app on the device.
Enable USB debugging and authorize the computer on your own device. The project requires Android 5 or later; audio and other features have newer-version requirements, and protected content may not appear. Keep debugging access limited to computers you trust.
Quest headsets additionally need developer mode and the current project capture workaround. Headset cropping and audio behavior depend on firmware; this captures the headset view rather than running PCVR games.
