Command lineMove saved workouts and daily totals to Garmin
Samsung Health to Garmin converts exercise CSV and companion sensor and location JSON into FIT workouts. It also makes Garmin-compatible CSV for daily steps, distance, calories and floors.
You need Python, complete exports and Garmin's separately installed FIT SDK. Only the listed numeric exercise codes work. Named enums and sleep aren't supported, and Garmin can change the unofficial daily-import format.
