FirmwareTurn the FM-1 into an eight-track groovebox
Replaces FM-1 firmware with an eight-track instrument combining synth engines, physical-model strike voices, drums, sequencing and shared effects. The browser emulator uses the same C sources and exchanges saved projects and sound banks with the hardware.
The author reports it running on FM-1 hardware and calls it young. Install the firmware through the project’s USB web installer and back up projects regularly; this is a full firmware change. Third-party hardware-layer code and SDK packaging files retain their separate notices.
