Shoot straight into your photo editor over USB
RapidRAW brings USB capture, camera controls and incoming photos into its RAW editor. Captures are saved to your computer, then the app attempts to delete the camera copy; do not rely on the camera as a second backup. The project shows a Sony a7 III; other listed routes come from libgphoto2, with controls and live view varying by model.
Install the separate tethering build on macOS or Linux x86_64, plus libgphoto2, and put your camera in the required USB remote mode. The app uses AGPL v3; bundled Spektrafilm profiles use CC BY-SA 4.0, and Lensfun data uses CC BY-SA 3.0.

Sony Alpha, ZV and RX100 cameras
