Back up data flash and upload matching firmware

python-evic is a command-line USB programmer and firmware converter. Its documented tested devices include eVic VTC Mini, Cuboid, Cuboid Mini and the original Micro-USB iStick Pico (tested firmware 1.01). It reads data flash and uploads firmware; a data-flash dump is not a full firmware backup. Other devices and modern Python environments need separate verification.
